What to bring: Sunscreen, swimwear, towel, sleeping bag, water bottle, toiletries and personal expenses money.
How the driving works: You may choose to drive your own vehicle if you are 21+, but you don’t have to if you’re not comfortable driving. There will be a tour guide in the lead vehicle and radio between each vehicle. The tour guide controls the speed and leads the expedition. There are 6 travellers per vehicle and only those wishing to drive can choose to do so. Driver insurance is not included and is highly recommended. An international driver’s license is not necessary. Party atmosphere: This tour is targeted primarily at backpackers who are predominantly 18-30-year-olds and these trips are often quite a party. You will camp on a private campground where you are free to drink and party at night, depending on the desires of the group.
