Enjoy the freedom of driving around the sandy beaches of Fraser Island on this 3 day camping tour. Man a 4 wheeler and take your new mates for a ride around the island, or sit at the back and simply focus on enjoying the ride. Our experienced guide will inform you of all the spots important to go to and of the natural beauties not to miss.

Rainbow Beach to Fraser Island
This morning we’ll get an early start to pack all the bags, food, and camping equipment into the 4-wheel drives and head off to the ferry for the 10-minute transfer to Fraser Island and the start of your driving and camping adventure. After checking out 75 Mile Beach, other highlights today may include Central Station and stunning Lake McKenzie. At the end of the day set up camp and cook a fresh, healthy dinner before partying the night away!

Fraser Island Highlights
After breakfast at camp, we'll take the 4WDs out for another action-packed day. You may see Eli Creek, the Maheno shipwreck, the coloured sands at The Pinnacle, Indian Head and Champagne Pools, followed by another beautiful camping location tonight for another night of festivities under the stars.

Fraser Island to Fraser Beach
Highlights today may include Rainbow Gorge and a hike through the rainforest to Lake Wabby. In the afternoon you’ll make your way back to the ferry and return to the mainland and Rainbow Beach, where your adventure will come to an end.

What to bring: Sunscreen, swimwear, towel, sleeping bag, water bottle, toiletries and personal expenses money.
How the driving works: You may choose to drive your own vehicle if you are 21+, but you don't have to if you're not comfortable driving. There will be a tour guide in the lead vehicle and radio between each vehicle. The tour guide controls the speed and leads the expedition. There are 6 travellers per vehicle and only those wishing to drive can choose to do so. Driver insurance is not included and is highly recommended. An international driver's license is not necessary. Party atmosphere: This tour is targeted primarily at backpackers who are predominantly 18-30-year-olds and these trips are often quite a party. You will camp on a private campground where you are free to drink and party at night, depending on the desires of the group.
