Day 1: Vancouver, Canada
Arrive in Vancouver
Welcome to Vancouver! Once you’ve arrived at the airport, please make your own way to the accommodation for tonight. We’d recommend taking either a taxi (approx $35 + tip), public transportation on the Canada Line ($9.00 pp) or a private chartered sedan: $120 (includes tip).
Day 2: Vancouver, Canada
Today you’ll go on a foodie adventure through Granville Island Public Market where you can sample delicacies from Canada’s top artisans. Your guide will lead you through this foodie paradise as you sample over twenty Canadian specialities like organic bread, local charcuterie and cheeses. Enjoy a seated farm-to-table meal, British Columbia wine and some sweet treats as well. With your local guide leading the way, you’ll get local recommendations and a feel for the Granville Island community.

Day 3: Vancouver, Canada
Enjoy a full day at leisure exploring Vancouver before spending your last night here.
You might like to rent a car for the day and take a drive up the Sea-to-Sky Highway, one of the most beautiful drives in the world, from Vancouver to the ski town of Whistler. This 1.5-hour long journey will introduce you to stunning waterfalls and jaw-dropping vistas, a cultural centre and the Capilano suspension bridge, a 137-metre long bridge swinging 70 metres above the Capilano River. Make sure you pack a lunch and don’t forget your camera, it’s definitely going to get a workout.
If getting around on two feet is more your speed, then there is no better way to become an honorary Vancouverite, than to hike the Grouse Grind. Forget your typical Sunday stroll, this adventure will take you up 850 metres through the alpine of Grouse Mountain. When you reach the top you’ll have sweeping views of the city and a panoramic chalet for a drinks. Once you’ve recovered, die-hards can walk back down or you can enjoy the scenic ride back, on the Grouse Gondola.

Day 5: Banff, Canada
Explore the island town of Banff in this Half-Day Tour with a professional guide leading you through the untamed mountain wilderness. Stop at major landmarks such as the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel, Bow Falls, Lake Minnewanka and breathtaking views at Surprise Corner. Follow your guide along trails lined with pine trees while keeping an eye out for the abundance of wildlife that calls Banff home.
Day 6: Banff, Canada
Today is a full free day at leisure to explore Banff on your own. Additional optional excursions are available on request.
Day 7: Banff, Canada
Depart on a 7 hour trip to Lake Louise. Explore the frozen Lake Louise and its stunning surroundings. This winter wonderland is the perfect frozen playground where you can borrow snowshoes to explore the trails, wander the lake’s shoreline and skate the frozen lake. Enjoy a hot chocolate or lunch break at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise Hotel. Finally, you can go on a horse-drawn sleigh ride or even go dog sledding if you book in advance.
Day 8: Banff - Jasper, Canada
Today you’ll catch a public coach across to Jasper and check into your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.
Day 9: Jasper, Canada
The Maligne Canyon Icewalk Tour is a great option for anyone who does not ski or snowboard. The Icewalk Tour covers approximately 3.5 km and is mostly downhill. Participants are required to dress appropriately for the weather. You will learn about Jasper’s Maligne Valley, Karst topography, and the mystery of the “disappearing” Medicine Lake.
Day 10: Jasper - Calgary, Canada
Airport Transfer
Today, you’ll check out and catch your scheduled transfer from Jasper to Calgary Airport in time for your departure flight (flight not included). Safe travels ahead!
