Flight to Whitehorse
Your adventure begins with a flight to Whitehorse, so please arrive 90 minutes before your departure to check in at the Air North counter. The flight takes approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. Upon arrival in Whitehorse, our lodge staff will provide a brief orientation about the upcoming days and introduce you to the dogs. Your winter clothing will be waiting for you at the lodge. You'll have free time to explore the dog yard and surroundings until a delicious home-cooked dinner is served around 6:00 pm. Tonight, you'll have the chance to witness the stunning Aurora Borealis. Our lodge's remote location offers an excellent view of the Northern lights are active. Hot beverages will be provided for your comfort.

Activities in Whitehorse and Dog Sledding
After a hearty breakfast, your day begins with a guided tour at the Yukon Wildlife Preserve, offering a unique opportunity to observe 13 species of northern Canadian mammals in their natural habitat. Following lunch, you'll gear up for an exhilarating 2-hour dog sledding adventure through the frozen Yukon wilderness. Learn how to harness your dog team and enjoy the ride. Back at the lodge, take care of your canine companions and enjoy some quality dog cuddles. Wind down with a warm cup of hot chocolate by the cozy lodge fireplace. All meals are home-cooked for your enjoyment.

Activities in Whitehorse and Northern Lights
Today, get ready for a day filled with winter adventures. Start with an exciting ice fishing expedition, trying your luck at catching local fish. Later, hop on a snowmobile to explore the picturesque views around Fish Lake. After your thrilling day, return to the lodge for a satisfying home-cooked meal. Then, relax on the lodge's deck and gaze at the Yukon sky, hoping to witness the mesmerizing Aurora Borealis.

Head back to Vancouver
Today marks the day of your departure, where we will arrange a seamless transfer to either the Whitehorse airport or a downtown hotel, tailored to your travel arrangements. Before your journey concludes, savour a delicious breakfast to fuel your day. Following this, you'll take a flight back to your destination.
