Itinerary

Today, upon arrival at Suvarnabhumi airport, you will be welcomed and transferred to the hotel to check-in. The rest of the day is at leisure.

Today you can choose either the morning or afternoon option:

 

8:00 am (12:00 pm) Meet your guide in the hotel´s lobby.

 

Depart from the hotel to Visit the Grand Palace, which has an area of 218,400 sq. metres and is surrounded by walls, was built in 1782. The length of the four walls is 1,900 metres. Enjoy visiting its golden domes, inspirational spires, exotic mural paintings, and breathtaking ceramic decorations. There are 12 small pavilions surrounding the Ubosot (Chapel). Besides that, Phra Sri Rattana Chedi is on the left, Phra Mondop (Library) is in the middle and on the right is Prasart Phra Thep Bidorn. They are situated on The Upper Terrace. Here, words cannot describe the magnificence of this most famous landmark of Bangkok. The Grand Palace, once a royal residence, is situated in the compound of the Temple of the Emerald Buddha (Wat Pra Kaew), where one of the world´s most precious Buddha images is enshrined.

 

In the area of the palace, visit Borom Phiman Mansion, Phra Maha Monthian Group, Chakri Maha Prasat Hall and Dusit Maha Prasat Hall.

 

12:00 pm (5:00 pm) Arrive at your hotel.

Today early morning, pick up at the hotel and then transfer to one of the most attractive floating markets of Thailand named Damnernsaduak Floating Market. You will have a chance to take a boat to observe the lifestyle of local people along the small canals.

You will visit not only the coconut farm and taste some coconut juice but also you will find a variety of seasonal fruits such as rambutan, mangoes, papaya and etc. Then, we drive back to the hotel. This afternoon you'll have free time to shop on your, explore or relax.

After breakfast take a flight to the north of Thailand – Chiang Mai. Arrive in Chiang Mai, meet the tour guide and then transfer to the hotel. After that, you'll visit Doi Suthep Temple which is one of the most sacred temples in Chiang Mai. Located on a hilltop it contains the holy relic of Lord Buddha and offers a panoramic view of the whole city. Afterwards, return to the hotel where you'll have free time to relax on your own.

 

In the evening enjoy the famous dinner “Khantoke Dinner” or known as the northern welcome dinner including hill tribe dancing.

After breakfast at the hotel, we head to the Elephants Camp to see the elephants at work in a jungle area. Watch how the elephants are trained for work with humans and the elephant shows. Then, you have the chance for an exciting ride on the elephant along the trails, followed by an Ox-Cart ride back to the camp. Enjoy lunch at the elephant camp.

 

This afternoon, enjoy local handicraft bamboo rafting along the Mae Taeng river. Afterwards, we will return to Chiang Mai and stop at Orchid Nursery on the way.

After breakfast, transfer to Mae Sai Border, one of the biggest border markets in Thailand on the Thai – Myanmar border. There you will see several products such as local foods, clothes, jewellery, silverware, stones etc. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before we continue to Golden Triangle where the 3 borders Laos, Myanmar & Thailand meet and also connected to China by boat as well.

 

In the past, the Chinese used this route for delivering opium to Siam Country before spreading it to others. Later on, visit the Opium House which is located nearby. You will find the Opium route, its history, galleries, accessories and more.

 

Afterwards, return to the hotel where you'll have some free time.

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and some free time till we transfer to the airport for your flight departure to Phuket. On arrival at Phuket airport, you are met and transferred to the hotel, check-in and have some free time at leisure.

After breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred by minivan to the pier for a speed boat trip to Phi Phi Island.

 

At 7.00 am the boat departs from the pier to Phi Phi Islay Island for swimming and sightseeing at Maya Bay, where the movie The Beach was filmed. Enjoy snorkelling and feeding colourful fishes at "Loh Samah Bay" and sightseeing at Peleh Cove and Viking Cave.

 

At 12.00 pm you will arrive at Phi Phi Don Island where you'll enjoy feeding the monkeys with pieces of bananas.

 

At 12.30 pm, lunch will be served at Phi Phi Don.

 

At 2.00 pm, enjoy swimming in crystal clear water and snorkelling along the plentiful coral reefs and feeding the fish at Monkey Beach.

 

At 13.00 pm we arrive at Khai Nok Island, where you will enjoy activities like swimming, sunbathing and feeding fish.

 

At 4.00 pm we will head back to the pier and return back to the hotel.
