Check-in from 11:00 am. Departure at 1:00 pm from the Split harbour as we cruise towards Stari Grad on the island of Hvar where records confirm that this is the sunniest Adriatic island. Enjoy a free afternoon to explore this unique town and its famous horseshoe-shaped bay. The famous Stari Grad Field (a plain) is the oldest in Croatia and the best-preserved example of the ancient Greek system of agriculture. Both the old town and this plain are part of the world heritage protected by UNESCO. Overnight in one of the ports of Stari Grad, main or ferry port (2 km away) depending on availability in port.

Day 1: Porto, Portugal
Arrival in Porto

Upon arrival in Porto, you will receive your mountain bike. The bike is of the highest standard among other Camino-bike-tour providers and is perfectly suited for doing the Camino. We will also pass you a pannier pack with room for 40 litres in total and your repair kit, so you’re all set for your journey ahead. Please provide us with your height so we can book the correct bike for you. Have some rest to be in shape tomorrow to start your exciting adventure!

Day 2: Porto - Barcelos, Portugal
Cycle from Porto to Barcelos

After breakfast, start cycling towards Barcelos, where the rooster is the town’s famous symbol. You will ride for about 52 km / 32 miles.

Day 3: Barcelos - Paradas de Coura, Portugal

Today, you will ride for about 5 km / 31 miles to reach Paradas de Coura.

Day 4: Paradas de Coura, Portugal - Redondela, Spain
Cycle from Paradas de Coura to Redondela

Continue your pilgrimage towards Redondela, in Spain. You will ride for about 52 km / 32 miles.

Day 5: Redondela - Caldas de Reis, Spain
Cycle from Redondela to Caldas de Reis

After your breakfast, head towards Caldas de Reis, famous for its thermal waters. You will ride for about 40 km / 27 miles.

Day 6: Caldas de Reis - Santiago de Compostela, Spain
Cycle from Caldas de Reis to Santiago de Compostela

After your breakfast, ride for about 44 km / 27 miles to reach your final point, Santiago de Compostela where you will marvel at the beautiful cathedral. Congratulations on completing the ride! Upon arrival in Santiago, you will deliver your bike according to the instructions received before your journey.
