All of the Flexible Travel Passes include local transportation and hand-picked experiences. Accommodation is not included, giving you the freedom to choose your own and to travel at your own pace.

There are no fixed schedules, giving you full flexibility to change the dates (and pick your accommodation) on the go. With our Flexible Travel Passes, you simply pick the route that suits you best, depending on where you want to go and how much time you want to travel.

What are group adventures?

With our Group Adventures, all the details are sorted out for you! You’ll have a local trip leader or English-speaking escort to take you to all of the best places with a group of like-minded travellers.

Group Adventures have a structured itinerary, with accommodation and transportation included as well as a fixed trip length.

What are independent trips?

Independent Trips allow you to navigate on your own, on a pre-set customisable itinerary that fits your exact needs.

Accommodation, transport, and guided experiences are included. You also enjoy the liberty of having free time to explore at your own pace.

All iFlyGo bookings are subject to our advertised Booking Terms and Conditions.

What type of transportation is included in my pass?

Depending on the route or activity, you may be travelling by bus, boat, train, shuttle, bicycle, canoe, or even on foot!

What type of experiences are included in my pass?

Every pass includes unique experiences so you can enjoy unforgettable memories along the way.

We strive to offer tons of local experiences, cultural tours, nature activities and, of course, historic tours too. From a bike ride through Bangkok to salsa dancing in Havana, these are just a couple of examples of the fun things you’ll get up to!

Bear in mind that, occasionally, you may need to pay for entrance fees or lunch (in cash) locally during your activity.

Is accommodation included?

No, for the Flexible Travel Passes, accommodation is not included. We want to give travellers full flexibility to stay in each destination as long as they wish.

iFlyGo does provide you with a list of recommended accommodations in each destination so you can simply choose where to stay for a more independent travel experience or if you require us to help you plan your entire itinerary and book your accommodation we can do that too.

What does minimum recommended time mean?

We recommend a minimum number of days for each destination on your route so that you will have enough time to enjoy the cities, towns, activities, and nature.

This is usually the shortest alternative to travel through the route, with just enough time to see and do it all. However, by giving you flexibility, you can take as much time as you want and travel without feeling rushed.

Can I travel in both directions, backtrack or start at a different point?

No. Your Flexible Travel Pass can only be used for the route purchased in one onward direction.

If you wish to start at a different point along your selected route, that’s ok with us! (For example, Your pass begins in Mexico City but you are already in Oaxaca, you can simply start from there!)

Can I make changes to my pass by adding or removing activities or destinations?
Yes!

We are more than happy to give you a quote for adding destinations or activities to your existing pass. Likewise, if you wish to skip activities or destinations we can also help you arrange that. Feel free to contact us anytime.

I booked my pass! So what happens next?

Congratulations! You’re ready to go!

If you have already sorted out your itinerary, the only thing you need to do is contact us via email at least 2 weeks in advance (especially during the high season and holidays) so we can confirm the first leg of your journey.

If you still have questions or need help organising your itinerary, we are happy to help. Leave the logistics and local recommendations up to us! Email us as soon as possible so we can help you squeeze the most into your trip if you are short on time, or still need help deciding how many days to stay in each place..

Can I make changes to my departure dates anytime?

Yes! With Flexible Travel Passes, you can book up to 4 services in advance and still enjoy the flexibility of making changes to your departure dates anytime. You can book the rest of the services on the go and as you wish.

This is ideal for travellers who have plenty of time to complete their route and want to enjoy their trip at their own pace with a flexible itinerary.

You can make changes to your departure dates up to 24 hours in advance. Keep in mind that changes are subject to availability and we strongly recommend making changes sooner rather than later, especially during the high season and holidays. Buses can book up quickly and may require more than 48 hours notice.

What is the validity of my pass?

Flexible Travel Passes in Oceania have a 6-month validity, while every other Pass is valid for an entire year!

This means that you can begin and end your pass anytime you want, taking as long as you desire at each stop.
