Check-in from 11:00 am. Departure at 1:00 pm from the Split harbour as we cruise towards Stari Grad on the island of Hvar where records confirm that this is the sunniest Adriatic island. Enjoy a free afternoon to explore this unique town and its famous horseshoe-shaped bay. The famous Stari Grad Field (a plain) is the oldest in Croatia and the best-preserved example of the ancient Greek system of agriculture. Both the old town and this plain are part of the world heritage protected by UNESCO. Overnight in one of the ports of Stari Grad, main or ferry port (2 km away) depending on availability in port.

Day 1: Athens, Greece
Arrive Athens & Accommodation Check-In Today you will be picked up from the airport in Athens and transferred to your accommodation for check-in. Get settled in and then enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure to explore Athens on your own. Overnight in Athens. Meals: D
Day 2: Athens, Greece
Athens City Tour Enjoy breakfast at your hotel and be ready for your day trip at 8:45 am. Get picked up at your accommodation and enjoy a half-day city tour of old Athens visiting the Panathenaic Stadium, the site of the first Olympic Games, Temple of Olympian Zeus, Hadrian’s Arch, Parliament and the Unknown Soldier memorial, the Academy, University, National Library and Constitution Square (Syntagma). At the Acropolis, see incredible masterpieces of the Golden Age including the Propylaea, Temple of Athena Nike, Erechtheion and Parthenon. End your tour with a visit to the new Acropolis Museum (except on Mondays). Enjoy free time in the evening to go out for a delicious Greek meal on your own, do some souvenir shopping or experience Athens nightlife. Overnight in Athens. Meals: B
Day 3: Athens, Greece
Day at leisure in Athens to explore the city at your own pace. Meals: B
Day 4: Athens - Olympia, Greece
Departure Time: 8:45 am Athens – Epidaurus – Nafplio – Mycenae – Olympia You will be picked up from your accommodation in Athens in the morning to begin your Ancient Greece adventure. Leave by the coastal road to the Corinth Canal, the connection in between the Gulf of Corinth and the Aegean Seato visit the stunning outdoor theater of Epidaurus, famous for its remarkable acoustics. Continue to the town of Nafplio to take some pictures, and on to Mycenae to visit the archaeological site and the famous Tomb of Agamemnon. Then depart for Olympia, the cradle of the Olympic Games, travelling through the ancient towns of Tripolis and Megalopolis. Dinner and overnight in Olympia. Meals: D
Day 5: Olympia - Delphi, Greece
Olympia Tour – Delphi After breakfast, visit Olympia to see the Sanctuary of Olympian Zeus, the Ancient Stadium and the Archaeological Museum. Drive through the beautiful plains of Eliad and Achaia and the picturesque towns of Nafpaktos (Lepanto) and Itea before arriving in Delphi for dinner and overnight. Meals: B/D
Day 6: Delphi - Kalambaka, Greece
Delphi Tour – Meteora After breakfast, enjoy a full morning exploring the impressive archaeological site of Delphi, once considered the centre of the earth and universe. Today Delphi is famous for its theatre, Temple of Apollo and ancient ruins. Continue your travels on to Kalambaka, a small town at the foot of the astonishing Meteora cliffs. Dinner and overnight. Day 7: Kalambaka - Athens, Greece

Meteora Tour – Athens

After breakfast, experience stunning views of Meteora’s unique cliff-top Byzantine monasteries. After the visit, begin your return to Athens via Trikala, Lamia, and Thermopylae, where you will make a quick stop to visit Leonida’s Monument. Arrive in Athens early in the evening and get dropped off at your accommodation, where this amazing cultural adventure will come to an end.
